There is a minimal annual membership fee for each company. This fee covers the following program maintenance services:
- Data Entry: Adding and deleting name of company employee from company pool for DOT and Non-DOT.
- Random Selection: Monthly, quarterly selection of company's employees for drug/alcohol testing, notification to DER or Program Manager and follow-up to insure all tests are completed within a reasonable time period.
- Administrative Requirements: Recording all drug and alcohol test results, maintaining all records for one, two and five years. Recording Supervisor Training and employee education data. Preparation and submission of bi-annual reports/summaries to company for inspectionsand/or auditing.
